A reminder for the upcoming renewals for 2014 which starts Aug. 1st, 2013 

 

If you operate as a D/B/A you must provide with your renewal forms a copy of your D/B/A registration that you filed with the Clerk of the Superior Court in your county.  

You will also need to fill in all boxes and if one is blank your application will be considered incomplete and it will be return by email to you. 

You will need a copy of your paid annual registration with the Georgia Secretary of State Office. 

You will need to fill in the inspection date and if you don't have one then you need to request another inspection in your company letter. 

If your regulations (sprinkler) do not require a mobile or facility inspection you must put NA.   

 

Renewals for 2014 will begin August 2013 and will you online process ....more to come shortly!

A MESSAGE TO LOCAL AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION

If you do not see a company listed on our search website that is working in your area , please contact us at sclark@sfm.ga.gov with the name of the company, the location of the business where unlicensed work was conducted and send the following documentation to us: digital photo of the service tags still attached (front and back), copy of company inspection reports or invoice and a copy of your report.   Cellphone photos work best and can be emailed. We will follow up on all complaints.
