Renew an Agency License

Agency licenses are renewed every other year. Renewal invoices are emailed in early October to agencies that are up for renewal that year.

Renewals are due by December 31st.

It is recommended to not wait until the last week to process your renewal to allow time to handle any issues or problems.

  • Be prepared to answer the background questions and provide supporting documents, if needed.
    • Only answer "yes" to background questions for events that have happened since the last licensing event (initial license or renewal). Any events that have already been reported to Georgia are not required to be reported again.
